Very Sexy grows up again: Blush and Euphoric are coming

Back to Home

I learned to flirt with perfume under strip lights and glossy posters, back when the original Very Sexy felt like a backstage pass to grown-up glamour. Now Victoria’s Secret is dusting off that DNA and splintering it into two moods. Meet Very Sexy Blush and Very Sexy Euphoric. If flanker fatigue has you rolling your eyes, I get it. But names are never accidental in this house, and these two are broadcasting their brief loud and clear.

Blush is a temperature, not a color. Very Sexy Blush sounds like bare skin after a compliment, that warm, satiny aura you notice only when someone leans in. Expect a soft-focus take on the Very Sexy signature, likely polished with airy florals, sheer musks, the suggestion of petal-pink fruit. Think powder brush meets silk slip. No syrup. No fog machine. If I’m right, Blush will be the office-friendly, date-later flanker this line always flirted with but never fully committed to.

Then there’s Very Sexy Euphoric, which practically shouts night mode. The name hints at sparkle and altitude. Expect brightness up top, maybe a juicy-pop opening that snaps to attention, then a humming core that lasts through neon and after-hours. The original Very Sexy was warm and slightly wicked. Euphoric reads like the adrenaline version. Club lighting for the same face.

A quick reality check. These are flankers to a 2002 blockbuster, not indie experiments, and that is fine. The job here is to translate a familiar fantasy into two distinct wardrobes. If Victoria’s Secret nails the balances, Blush will be your effortless daily spritz and Euphoric your ride-or-die for big energy nights. If they miss, we’ll smell it immediately as copy-paste with new lipstick.

What I’ll be testing when I get them on skin:

  • Does Blush keep that intimate warmth without turning powdery flat
  • Does Euphoric deliver lift and sillage without tipping into candy
  • Do both still whisper “Very Sexy” when the lights come up

I’ll report back once the first bottles hit counters. For now, file Very Sexy Blush under silk blouses and second coffees, and Very Sexy Euphoric under late checkouts and glitter that somehow lingers. Either way, the mall classic just got two new alter egos, and I’m curious enough to clear some wrist space.
