Back to Home
I grew up under the glittering shadow of Viva La Juicy. That syrupy wild-berry sparkle, that cupcake-creamy drydown. It scented sleepovers, first dates, and lip gloss smudges. So when Juicy Couture quietly unveiled Just Moi, I walked in wary. Do we really need another Juicy moment, or is there room for a smarter, sleeker sweetness that actually fits 2020s skin?
Here is what I’m getting from a first pass. Just Moi feels like Juicy with a camera filter. The volume is turned down from party-girl loud to confident-close. If it’s truly the heir to Viva La Juicy, expect a fruity floral-gourmand tilt, but the edges seem cleaner. There is a polished muskiness peeking through the candy, which keeps it from going full sugar rush.
The pitch talks about rule-breakers and beauty-forward energy. Fine. What matters is wearability. On skin, the opening is playful and bright, then it slides into a plush, modern sweetness that reads more satin than sequins. Projection sits in that nice everyday zone. You do not smell like a dessert cart. You smell like you had dessert and then went to a gallery.

What I’ll be stress-testing next:
Credit where it’s due. Revlon Fragrances is steering Juicy Couture toward a fresher silhouette without erasing the brand’s glitter DNA. If Just Moi keeps this restrained-sweet balance on a full wear, it could be the most wearable Juicy launch in years.
I’ll report back after a week of real-life testing. For now, consider Just Moi your pink bow with sharper elbows. A little less cupcake, a little more confidence.
