Is the Season about to smell like scandal and silk gloves? Floral Street has linked arms with Bridgerton for Enchanted Masquerade, a new women’s release that already feels like a waltz with a secret. I’ve covered enough TV tie-ins to brace for costume perfume, but this house rarely phones it in. When Floral Street leans into a theme, they give you color, texture, and a little swagger on the sprayer.

No full note list yet, which is half the fun. The name Enchanted Masquerade whispers powdered violet and satin rose, maybe a lipstick-iris haze and a candlelit amber hum. If the ballroom has a pulse, I’m betting on a juicy opening too, something with blackcurrant or pomegranate that leaves a trail on the staircase. And because it’s Floral Street, expect crisp modernity, not mothballs. Their portfolio swings from the airy buzz of Wonderland Peony to the sun-salted drift of Arizona Bloom, then pivots into the polished shadows of Chypre Sublime. That range makes a Bridgerton fantasy plausible, not perfumed cosplay.

I’m also quietly hoping this is another outing with perfumer Jérôme Epinette, whose signature clarity turns big florals into clean strikes of light. He’s given this house its snap and focus before, and a masked ball needs exactly that discipline, otherwise you end up with a corset of syrup. A whisper of musks that read like warm skin, a ribbon of woods, maybe a sugared almond wink, then lift. That’s the silhouette I want here.

The bottle will matter. Floral Street loves a photogenic flacon, and a Regency liaison begs for lush print and jewel tones. If their art-forward bottles like Sunflower Pop taught us anything, your vanity is about to get more theatrical.

“Women’s” is the marketing line, I know, but if there’s a leathery mask or a violet-amber veil in the mix, I’ll be shoving the menfolk toward it too. Perfume is a plot twist, and I want Enchanted Masquerade to be one you can wear to breakfast, then to a midnight garden where the gossip gets delicious.

I’ll update with official notes, price, and on-skin wear once I get my sample into daylight and candlelight. Until then, file Enchanted Masquerade under watch list, and keep your dance card open.
